Classic Car design vous propose ce superbe coupé Jaguar Type E 3.8 de 1962 (FHC), le plus convoité : la série 1 en 3.8 ! La voiture a été restaurée dans le souci de conserver sa configuration d’origine.
La carrosserie présente une belle peinture blanc immaculé qui s’accorde parfaitement avec les jantes à rayons chromées. Elle est en très bon état structurel, les soubassements très sains n’ont demandé qu’une rénovation.
La mécanique fonctionne très bien. Des travaux récents ont été effectués, notamment sur le freinage, l’étanchéité du pont arrière, la pompe à eau, la poulie damper, le circuit d’essence...
La sellerie a été entièrement restaurée également. Tableau de bord, moquette, ciel de toit et sièges en cuir lisse noir apportent une touche moderne et sportive tout en gardant l’esprit originel de l’auto.
Sans parler des « flat floor », la Type E S1 3.8 c’est la Type E à collectionner ! Celle-ci est prête à rouler et en carte grise française normale.

The bodywork has a beautiful immaculate white paintwork finish that matches perfectly with the chrome-spoke wheels. Structurally, the car is in very good condition, and the underbody are very solid, requiring only renovation.
The mechanics work very well. Recent work has been carried out, notably on the brakes, the rear axle seal, the water pump, the damper pulley and the fuel system.
The upholstery has also been completely restored. The dashboard, carpeting, headlining and seats in smooth black leather add a modern, sporty touch, while retaining the car's original spirit.
« Flat floors » aside, the E-Type S1 3.8 is the E-Type to collect! It's ready to drive and comes with normal French registration.
