Pour encore plus d’exclusivité, elle arbore cette rare teinte « aquablau ».
A l’extérieur, on ne présente plus une 911 ! Sinon pour dire que la 997 est celle qui retrouve les galbes et les phares ronds de ses légendaires ancêtres ! Le look est résolument sportif grâce aux ailes et voies encore plus large que les S et aux superbes jantes noires « RS Spyder » à fixation centrale.
A l’intérieur, la sellerie est en parfait état. A l’ouverture de la porte on découvre les seuils de porte en inox siglés GTS, puis l’option cuir étendu, les sièges sport, le volant Sport Design. Le chronomètre du pack Sport Chrono Plus est là pour apporter la petite touche typiquement Porsche… le ciel de toit est revêtu d’Alcantara. Pour rester pratique, cet exemplaire conserve les sièges arrière en option. Il dispose bien sûr du PCM avec la sonorisation Bose à 9 haut-parleurs amplifiés propre au pack Audio Plus.
Mécaniquement, le 3.8 à injection directe équipé du VarioCam Plus délivre 408 ch et est accouplé à la fameuse boite PDK 7 vitesses. La voiture dispose évidement du châssis sport avec PASM et du différentiel à glissement limité. Le mode Launch Control vous garantit des sensations d’accélération maximales ! L’échappement sport donne de la voie sur commande et en fonction du mode de conduite. On the outside, there is no longer any need to present a 911! If not to say that the 997 is the one that finds the curves and the round headlights of its legendary ancestors! The look is resolutely sporty thanks to the wings and tracks that are even wider than the S and the superb black "RS Spyder" wheels with central fixing.
Inside, the upholstery is in perfect condition. On opening the door, the stainless steel door sills with the GTS logo are revealed, followed by the extended leather option, the sports seats and the Sport Design steering wheel. The stopwatch of the Sport Chrono Plus pack is there to give a typical Porsche touch... the roof lining is made of Alcantara. To keep things practical, this model retains the optional rear seats. Of course, it has PCM with the 9-speaker Bose sound system included in the Audio Plus package.
Mechanically, the 3.8 direct injection engine equipped with VarioCam Plus delivers 408 bhp and is mated to the famous 7-speed PDK gearbox.
